Behind the scenes of the dismissal of German Julian Nagelsmann from Bayern Munich coaching and the appointment of Thomas Tuchel in his place are successive chapters, and although the Bavarian claim that they are purely sporting reasons, there are things behind the sleeves.

Among these data is the report of the German newspaper "Bild", which the latter considered that the straw that broke the camel's back and caused the young coach to pack his bags.

According to the report, the Senegalese star Sadio Mane was very angry with Nagelsmann and quarreled with him in front of the players because of his involvement for only 8 minutes in the second leg of the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.

The newspaper continues that this controversy accelerated the decision to sack Nagelsmann, because the players realized that the coach bowed to the intimidation of Mane in the next match of the team and was an indication of his loss of control of the team's dressing room, and instead of punishing Mane for his actions he started against Augsburg in the Bundesliga.

After this incident, team officials confirmed that only Nagelsmann had his control over the players and his authority over them was undermined and therefore decided to remove him from his position.

Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic confirmed the German newspaper's report by saying that the most important reason for Nagelsmann's dismissal was that "the relationship between the team and the coach is no longer feasible."

On Tuesday, Tuchel led the team's first training session without international players. After a brief conversation and warm-up, the players performed coordination maneuvers, passing and technical drills. At the same time, on the adjacent court, Jamal Musiala completed his individual training.

Training lasted for almost an hour, after which Tuchel held private sessions with a few players.

Tuchel took over from Nagelsmann as Bayern Munich coach and will lead the team for the first time against his former club Borussia Dortmund.

It is expected that the players who are with the national teams will return on Friday.
