The teams that make the playoffs

Teams 1-8 in the regular season are qualified for the playoffs. The quarterfinals are played as follows: Team 1 (Luleå) against Team 8 (Mark), Team 2 (Södertälje) against Team 7 (Eos), Team 3 (Norrköping) against Team 6 (Alvik) and Team 4 (Östersund) against Team 5 (Uppsala).

The quarterfinals are played in best-of-three matches. Then the semi-finals and the final are played in best-of-five matches.
