2022 was a very special year for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

He helped his Milan win the Italian league title for the first time in eleven years, but at the same time it was a year filled with grief.

Injuries kept him off the field for a long time and in the spring his agent and close friend Mino Raiola passed away.

Now the 41-year-old talks about the feelings he's been through.

"It's fast and things happen that you don't expect. That's how life is... It is important to enjoy life while you are alive and be positive and happy and make the most of it. Just feel good," says the Swede.

What does football do for you in those situations?

"Football is everything to me. If you are 41 years old and play football, then you understand what it means. Without the football... It's hard. But we're still playing so at the moment I don't want to say anything else.
