The drama was absent during the men's pursuit in Holmenkollen. Norwegian giant Johannes Thingnes Bö managed his lead from the sprint and finished as the superior victor.

He put all the shots except one, the third shot.

During the fourth shootout, he started with four hits. Then he paused, turned to face the crowd, and stood for an unexpected gesture.

Martin Ponsiluoma became the best Swede. He came in seventh place. Peppe Femling made his best race of the season, finishing 17th. Jesper Nelin was 43rd.
