Today was the first day of competition in Italian Cortina in the World Cup and then Ebba Årsjö struck with a victory right away.

She won the giant slalom 3.5 seconds ahead of German Anna-Maria Rieder.

– It felt very good, a positive feeling throughout the competition and enormously fun to compete today, says Ebba Årsjö.

It was also on the same hill that will be the competitive hill in the upcoming 2026 Paralympics.

"It's extra nice to be able to test the slopes with a good feeling, because this is where it will be decided.

Tomorrow, another giant slalom competition awaits and on Friday it is time for the last competition of the World Cup in slalom.
