Major League Baseball Angels Shohei Otani arrived at Nagoya Airport in Aichi Prefecture on a small plane on the afternoon of the 3rd to join the WBC = World Baseball Classic Japan National Team.
Ohtani left the team's campsite to join the WBC Japan national team and arrived at Haneda Airport on March 1 on a chartered plane from the airport in Phoenix, Arizona.
At around 2:20 pm on the 3rd, we arrived at Nagoya Airport in Aichi Prefecture by a small plane.
Mr. Ohtani left the airport in a car prepared by the plane without going through the general arrival gate.
Meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Japan Emmanuel
On the morning of the 3rd, Ohtani visited the US Embassy in Minato-ku, Tokyo and met with Emmanuel, Ambassador to Japan.
After the meeting, Ambassador Emmanuel posted a photo on Twitter showing him shaking hands with Otani.
