Two gold, four silver and three bronze.

That's how big the Swedish medal harvest was at the WC eight years ago.

Back then, the golden heroes were Charlotte Kalla and Johan Olsson.

It remains to be seen who will win the gold during the Planica WC, but Linn Svahn believes in a new Swedish medal party.

When SVT Sport asks Svahn to put a dream headline on the championship, the answer comes quickly:

- Uh, "Swedish medal record in Planica".

That would have been rude!

"Golden chance at basically every single race"

Do you think that possibility exists?

- I think so.

I said it just now, that I think it's the first time we have a golden chance in basically every single race, both women's and men's.

In principle then.

It's still cool and the feeling on the squad is really good, so it would have been cool.

You still choose a dream headline that is about the whole squad, not just Linn Svahn.

How is it that?

- Yes, but if there is a medal record then it will be good for everyone.

Then it goes well for me, then it goes well for Jens, then it goes well for everyone standing on this field, relays of praise in port.

That's what the dream is, after all, success begets success - clichéd enough.

Burman: "What I'm passionate about"

Jens Burman is more cautious in his medal forecast.

But even though he himself had a difficult winter, with a 13th place in the World Cup as his top ranking, he still has a medal as his goal.

- That's what I'm passionate about.

Just because things have gone a bit rough here before, I won't scrap those ideas, then there's no point in being here.

I know I can ride well when I have the day, I will still ride for medals, that's for sure.
