Brazil's most titled soccer player is currently in jail and accused of raping a 23-year-old girl in a nightclub bathroom.
He faces 4 to 12 years in prison.

Alves turned to well-known lawyer Cristabal Martel, who previously represented the interests of Lionel Messi, Carles Puyol and Josep Bartomeu, and also defended Barcelona in the Neymar transfer case.
Martel is considered a successful lawyer in the field of criminal law.
Cristabal's case was not easy.
The footballer changed his testimony four times during the investigation.
At first, he generally stated that he did not know the girl who accused him of rape.
Then he confirmed the fact of acquaintance, but assured: they had nothing.
According to the third version, she, at her own request, satisfied the Brazilian in the toilet, but without “penetration”.
And only after that Alves confessed to sexual intercourse.
