On the third day of the Seibu professional baseball camp, Sosuke Genda, who has been selected to represent Japan in the WBC (World Baseball Classic), demonstrated his skillful defense and agile glove handling.

Last season, Genda, who won the Golden Glove Award for the fifth time in a row in the short program, has been selected to represent Japan at the WBC, which starts next month.

Also, in the afternoon, batting practice was held for about an hour and a half, and the batting pitcher and others threw the ball back with a sharp shot at a wide angle.

Genda said, "My body is doing really well, and I can move energetically every morning. Anyway, I want to practice properly and enter the WBC training camp, so I want to practice a lot." was appealing.
