Sweden's number one team with Emma Ribom, Ebba Andersson, Moa Ilar and Jonna Sundling were favorites for today's women's relay in Toblach, Italy.

And it looked promising for a long time.

After Ebba Andersson drove the second leg, Sweden had the lead together with Germany – 13.5 seconds ahead of Norway.

But when Moa Ilar then came out on the third stretch, the crash came.

In the end, the German Pia Fink and the Norwegian Ingvild Flugstad Östberg left the Swede and the distance grew and grew.

Jonna Sundling therefore had a tough task to say the least when she switched with 32 seconds up to the tight duo.

- I'm giving everything I have today, says Moa Ilar to TV6 after his stretch.

Sundling certainly chipped in, but it wasn't enough.

Sweden finished third, 27 seconds behind Germany, who came second.

Norway won after Silje Theodorsen put in a strong effort in the final stretch.
