Hjalmar Ekdal recently left Djurgården for Championship league leaders Burnley and he made his debut away to Norwich at Carrow Road.
It was a successful one.
Burnley raced out to a 2-0 lead in the first half and after an hour of play Ekdal got on the scoresheet.
The 24-year-old stayed in front of a corner and slotted in Burnley's third goal after a header from team-mate Ian Maatsen.
Burnley storms towards the Premier League and currently has the place in the fine room with a margin of 20 points.
