On the 4th day of the professional baseball Softbank spring camp, Yuki Yanagida wowed the many fans who visited on the first weekend with his characteristic dynamic swing.

Last year, Yanagita topped the team with 24 home runs and 79 RBIs, but failed to win the league championship, making it a disappointing season.

Yanagida, who has been leading the team as a camp ten since last year, showed off his ability to win the Golden Glove Award six times in the morning's defensive practice, taking advantage of his strong shoulders to defend against the right field and returning sharp balls home.

Also, in the afternoon batting practice, in order to try out different types of bats, I tried tee batting with different bats of different weights and lengths to see how it felt.

In the free batting, 7 of his 52 swings crossed the outfield fence, and his characteristic dynamic swing excited the many fans who visited on his first weekend.

According to the team, 15,500 fans visited the Miyazaki camp on the 4th.

Yanagida said, "I'm working on it just because I don't want to repeat last year's frustration. I'm motivated by the support of many fans. I want to do my best to make them happy."
