On Monday, head coach Tommy Samuelsson was fired from a struggling HV71.

There were big headlines in the media, among other things after Samuelsson told Expressen that sports manager Kent Norberg had to make the announcement even though the board made the decision.

It is criticized by SVT expert Jonas Andersson.

- The big question is not the actual issue for me.

That Samuelsson and the coaching staff can go.

They haven't gotten what they wanted.

What is surprising to me is how it has been handled.

It has been really poorly managed by HV71.

Very big headlines have been created and there has not been a united front, he says.

HV71 now has seven points up to Brynäs, who are the closest to safe ground.

Jonas Andersson doesn't think you'll get there.

- I do not think so.

I haven't seen it game-wise, he says and continues:

- The press is tough and hard.

You can see how taken they are by the seriousness of the moment.

It's not funny at all.

They are of course terrified of ending up in the Allsvenskan again.
