Zebastian Modin reaped great success for Sweden during the Para WC where he won four medals, two of which were gold.

When Modin was born, he had only ten percent vision, and after an operation, his vision deteriorated further.

In an interview on the talk show "Carina Bergfeldt", he talks about the eye surgery that went wrong.

- I could read from the computer from two to three decimetres.

But when I was six years old, I was going to have surgery on my eye which was my best, I had problems with high pressure, says Zebastian Modin.

- Then the laser operations came and it was new and was supposed to be good, but it wasn't.

The whole eye was destroyed and when I was ten, twelve years old, most of it disappeared on the right as well.

Modin does not put much focus on thinking about how it could have turned out.

- I don't think about it very often, it will probably get worse then.

The program comes up on SVT Play on Friday at 17.00 and is broadcast on SVT1 at 21.00.
