On January 30, it became known that Poland and Britain will create a coalition of countries against the participation of Russians in the 2024 Olympics.

Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Norway and Estonia have already declared their readiness to join the coalition.

On February 2, the IOC announced that the decision on the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris has not yet been made.

We are talking about their participation in international competitions in Asia in the upcoming summer season.

Also, the organization will not ask the international federations to change the qualification for the Olympics for Russian athletes.

Earlier, the Foreign Ministry said that a coalition in sports against Russia is being formed out of fear of competition.
