The general coordinator of the Dubai International Basketball Championship, Khamis Rajab, revealed that "the average audience attendance is 3,000 spectators per match in the group stage."

He added, "The matches witnessed a large audience, especially those with Lebanese, Syrian and Filipino teams on both sides, as the stands were completely filled, including VIP seats, which is an experience derived from the NBA, and allows watching the matches from inside the hall floor."

He explained: «The Organizing Committee was keen, for the first time, to sell tickets electronically, which prevented the public from waiting in long lines to buy tickets from kiosks as before, in addition to allocating 150 seats on the floor of the hall for VIPs, which witnessed a great turnout, which encouraged their increase. to 170 seats.

Regarding the increase in ticket prices in the quarter-finals, he said that it is usually followed in the history of the tournament when it moves to the playoffs with the rise of excitement and rivalry between the teams, indicating that the organizing committee set the new price for the regular stands ticket starting from the quarter-finals at 75 dirhams, while the senior ticket increased. The national team snatched the last qualification ticket from its first group to the quarter-finals of the Dubai International Basketball Championship, after its victory yesterday over the Syrian Al-Wehda (82-49).
