There is a high school baseball pitcher who challenges 160 km/h, which is called the 'restriction of dreams'.

Let's meet Jang Hyun-seok, who is aiming to advance to the major leagues with his fiery fastball.

This is reporter Jeon Young-min.

, who hadn't played in an official game for a year due to a shoulder injury after attending Yongma High School, immediately drew attention with his amazing fastball last year in his sophomore year.

He threw 149 km per hour in March, and took a whopping 156 km in the Blue Dragon in July, emerging as a 'special top prospect'.

[Jang Hyun-seok/Masan Yongmago Pitcher: The weather was so hot that I was a little tired.

(Pitching) I didn't know that the speed could reach that much.] This year, in my

third year, I will challenge 160km, which no one has ever reached in an official high school baseball game.

Previously, promising players famous for their fastballs, such as Kiwoom Jang Jae-young, Hanwha Moon Dong-ju and Kim Seo-hyun, and Pittsburgh pitcher Shim Jun-seok, have never been recorded in high school baseball.

Big league scouts are noticing the rapid growth, so I set a higher goal.

Until last year, I said that my goal was to be the first pick in the KBO League rookie draft, but now I am dreaming of becoming a Major League player.

[Jang Hyun-seok/Masan Yongmago Pitcher: I want to go to professional baseball, but I also want to go to the major leagues in the United States.

Please support us a lot.]
