He added, "There is no doubt that what I have achieved is the result of hard work for many years in a row, and I am very proud of what I have achieved."

As for his expectation that he would break the historical record of former Al Wasl striker Fahd Khamis, he said: “When I moved to the ranks of Al-Wehda, I expected to achieve titles with (Al-Annabi), and to compete for many achievements, but what I achieved frankly exceeded my expectations and is greater than I imagined.”
