In the beginning, there was a big tight cluster in the race in Canadian Whistler.
But after 7.5 kilometers the duo Lisa Eriksson and the Norwegian Milla Andreassen started to make a move - and then they were never caught.
The Swede and the Norwegian continued to increase the distance to the remaining riders, but on an uphill with only a few kilometers left, Andreassen pulled into a higher gear.
Lisa Eriksson couldn't answer that - but ended up finishing second 21 seconds behind.
