In the women's class, there were two Swedes who advanced from the sprint qualifier, Moa Hansson and Ella Olsson.
The latter went out in the semi-finals but Moa Hansson advanced to the final on time, having been crowded out by second-placed Sigrid Leseth Föyen just before the race.
SVT Sports expert Anders Blomquist immediately thought that Föyen should be washed for his action.
- For me, it is a given that the jury cannot accept it, he said in the broadcast.
But the Norwegian was allowed to drive the sprint final and she also took the bronze, just over a second ahead of Hansson in fourth place.
Finland's Jasmin Kähärä took the gold.
