It looked really good for Sweden after the second shooting out of a total of four.

Tilda Johansson and Stina Nilsson had so far pushed hard and went out together in a 30-second lead ahead of the nearest competitor with half the race still to go.

And in the track it went as fast as eight.

At first it was Johansson who took the lead, but after five kilometers Nilsson slipped past and took over the job as wind splitter just before it was time for the first standing shooting.

There they were separated.

Johansson shot full at the same time as Nilsson missed two shots and lost three places in the results list.

Until the last shot, Johansson had 40 seconds down on the closest chasing competitors.

Then the nerves reminded themselves.

Johansson missed her third and fourth shot and was forced into two penalty rounds at the same time as the German Selina Grotian shot full and took over the lead.

And in the track, the German 18-year-old finished really fast.

Johansson had no chance to hang on, but at least managed to secure second place.

Stina Nilsson finished fifth after missing two more shots in the final shootout.
