Egypt crowns the title of "International Hall for the Deaf"
Yesterday evening, the curtain fell on the International Friendly Futsal Championship for the Deaf, in which 6 teams participated, including four Arab and foreign sports clubs.
The championship cup, first place, and gold medals were won by the deaf team of the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports, after defeating the Abu Dhabi Club for People of Determination, which won the silver medals, with four goals to two, in the final match.
GSV Dusseldorf from the Republic of Germany won the third place and the bronze medal after defeating Al Ain Club for People of Determination 5/1 in the third and fourth place match.
A ceremony was held to honor the winning teams, and the first three places were crowned with gold, silver and bronze medals. Abdullah Abdel-Aali Al-Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, handed over the championship cup to the deaf team of the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports.
