The tie imposes itself at the Al-Ahly and Sharjah youth summit

The Sharjah team and its guest, Shabab Al-Ahly, settled for a point after they tied negatively today, during the summit match in round 14 of the ADNOC Professional League, which was held at Sharjah Stadium, so that Shabab Al-Ahly raised its score to 29 points, maintaining the lead, a point behind runner-up Sharjah by 28 points.

The match did not live up to the level of ambition, despite its importance to both teams, and was held in rainy weather.

The referee of the match, Ammar Al-Junaibi, canceled a penalty kick that he awarded in favor of Sharjah, after the assistant referee indicated to him that there was an offside case before calculating the penalty kick.

Despite the impressive absences in its ranks, Shabab Al-Ahly was relatively the best, especially in the second half, and threatened Sharjah goalkeeper Darwish Muhammad with more than one opportunity, but it lacked focus and the final touch, while Sharjah did not provide a convincing technical return, although the team includes many big names. Like Alcacer, the Brazilian Caio Lucas, and the Greek defender Malanolas.

Al-Ahly youth goalkeeper Majed Nasser saved his goal from the most dangerous opportunity for Sharjah, from a quick attack led by Alcacer and Caio in the "87th" minute.

Sharjah coach Cosmin pushed striker Alcacer and Othman Camara into the front line, while Al-Ahly youth relied on Yahya Al-Ghassani, Yuri Cesar and Doumbia in the front line.

The two teams played the match in light of impressive absences, as Sharjah goalkeeper Adel Al Hosani was absent after being sent off in the last Al-Nasr match, as well as Majed Hassan and Pjanic, while Al-Ahly youth missed its most prominent elements such as Argentine Kartabia, Salmin Khamis and Jesus.
