Kyle of the Turk team wins the first stage of the Sharjah Tour

The rider of the "Tork" team, Jordan Kyle, won the title of the first stage of the eighth Sharjah International Tour, during competitions that were held in cloudy, rainy weather and cold winter winds, which made it difficult for the competitors' task. It started and ended in front of the Sharjah Islamic Bank in the Mamzar area.

The race was witnessed by Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Head of the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah.

Sheikh Faisal bin Humaid Al Qasimi, President of the Arab Cycling Federation, crowned Kyle with the title of the race, while the Greek Sursakis came second, then Nassim Al Saeedi from Dubai Police.

Turk's team included: Kyle Jordan, Saeed Marawan, Adel Jalal, Hussein Al-Najjar, Ashuf Khudairi and Lance Lawrence.

It is noteworthy that the Turk team was established in 2015, by a group of young citizens who are amateurs of cycling, with the aim of encouraging the practice of sports in general and bicycles in particular in the community, and the team succeeded during this period of time in registering its name as a competitor with a strong presence in many Domestic and foreign tournaments, amid ambition to harvest more positive results.
