After a strong start to the match, second-placed Skellefteå was able to defeat fourth-placed Frölunda 4–2.

It was Skellefteå that owned most of the game in the first period of the match.

Oscar Möller broke the deadlock after just over seven minutes played, and then he played through to Andreas Wingerli, who extended the score to 2–0 a few minutes later.

- I just try to find good surfaces, so that I put myself in good situations when I get the puck, says Möller to C More.

And the 34-year-old would have reason to celebrate again.

Frölunda certainly reduced directly in the second period through Patrik Carlsson.

But after that, Oscar Möller was able to score two goals in the match, when he scored 3–1 and his 20th SHL goal of the season.

Disturbing pictures of Lundqvist

As if it wasn't bad enough for Frölunda, Joel Lundqvist looked to be in a lot of pain after a hit in the middle period of the match, but the 40-year-old was still able to play on.

In the third period, Måns Forsfjäll scored 4–1 before Loui Eriksson sent in the last goal of the match, 4–2, with just over a minute left to play.
