  The International Olympic Committee said that at the consultation meeting held before this, the participants unanimously reiterated and called for the strengthening of the sanctions already in place.

For any sporting events or conferences, Russian and Belarusian flags, national anthems, colors, etc. shall not be displayed in the venues.

No Russian or Belarusian government official shall be invited to any international sporting event or conference.

  Russian and Belarusian athletes can compete as "neutral athletes", but cannot represent their country or any other organization of their country, while fully respecting the Olympic Charter.

  In addition, eligible Russian and Belarusian athletes can participate in Asian events, as proposed by the Olympic Council of Asia.
