THE ESSENTIAL

  • Undefeated so far in these world championships, the France team will challenge this Wednesday (8:30 p.m.) Germany, one of its historic rivals, in the quarter-finals of the competition.

  • This clash of the World Cup, which takes place in Gdansk, will be broadcast live on beIN Sports 1 and TFX.

  • Not used in the last two games, due to a contusion in the left foot, Nikola Karabatic (38) announces that he is "ready" for this big knockout match.

FRANCE - GERMANY 0-0

Kick off at 8:30 p.m. this Wednesday

10:30 am: Hellooooooo the ballequicollix!

Hello France, like every six months or so, we come to make you live a big international handball competition.

This is the start of the year for the world championships.

And guess what, we are entitled to seven European selections on display for these quarter-finals (plus Egypt).

Regarding our Blues, undefeated and therefore rather serene since the start of this World Cup, this first knockout match, this Wednesday (8:30 p.m. in Gdansk (Poland), will be tough since Germany has to be stuck. Even if the German selection seems to be suffering from a lack of experience this year, we know how close the meetings between the two nations are historically. We can't wait to discover all that, especially since our eternal Nikola Karabatic (38) should be available,

after being ruled out of the last two games with a bruised left foot.

Voila, see you soon!

See you here from 8:15 p.m., with the match kicking off at 8:30 p.m.
