The sprint weekend in Livigno offered many Swedish successes.

Among other things, there was a Swedish triple in Livigno's freestyle sprint where Jonna Sundling won ahead of Maja Dahlqvist and Emma Ribom.

This weekend, new competitions await in Les Rousses, which is also the last chance for several of the riders to snag a WC ticket.

- We have an exciting weekend ahead of us in France with decisive competitions for skaters who want to take a place in the WC squad, says national team manager Anders Byström in a press release.

Trio is over

From earlier, it was clear that Frida Karlsson would withdraw from this weekend's competitions due to a cold.

Now the national team also announces that Calle Halfvarsson and Moa Ilar are over.

However, Ebba Andersson is making a comeback in the World Cup.

- We get many of the skaters who are already World Cup ready, but we also have skaters who are making a comeback in the World Cup, such as Elina Rönnlund, Viktor Brännmark and Fredrik Andersson.

Ebba Andersson is also back in the World Cup after a period of illness, with good results from the Scandinavian Cup in Falun in the bag, says Anders Byström.
