Up to 24 hours before the meeting
From this Tuesday, until the last day of the Mondial on October 28, people wishing to recover a place can then connect to the site and make their purchase via a secure, transparent and certified system.
Vacant places can be deposited up to 24 hours before each game.
The total basket per buyer cannot exceed six tickets.
An increase of 10% of the total amount of the order will be applied due to management and security costs.
It will also be possible to add a donation to this amount.
Fight against the black market
Once the resale has been made, those who have released their seats will obtain a refund of their tickets at the price at which they purchased them.
The payment of the sum will be made no later than two months after the transaction.
Only six tickets can be sold at one time.
Tickets included in packs will be resold individually.
The objective of this official resale platform is thus to fight against the black market which creates price inflation, while being linked to many scams.
Word Rugby has also indicated that tickets purchased or resold outside the official platform will not guarantee access to the stadium.
