Isabella Obaze has signed a three-year contract with the Swedish champion team.

She leaves HB Köge after a season and a half in the club's biggest deal ever on the women's side.

- Obaze is a great Danish talent that we have followed for a long time.

She is a modern defender who can play in most positions in our backline.

Her strong points are definitely compliance and positioning, also her offensive qualities will suit our way of playing, says Rosengård's Therese Sjögran in a statement.

"Hope to be able to contribute a lot"

Obaze made his debut in the Danish national team last year during the Algarve Cup.

- I am very happy to come to FC Rosengård.

It's the perfect step for me in my development and I'm sure the club can give me exactly what I need.

I hope to contribute a lot to the team and be part of the club's success, says Obaze in a press release.

Rosengård also recently introduced Emma Jansson and Emilia Larsson, both from Hammarby.
