An equestrian team with four horses and a carriage entered the arena during the awards ceremony at the World Cup Show Jumping in Leipzig.
The team was going to pass five children lined up at the podium, but got too close and one girl was hit by a horse.
Then the cart rolled over her.
According to information to SVT Sport, the girl is "bruised but okay".
The award ceremony was temporarily suspended.
