Skellefteå consolidates its second place in the SHL table after taking home three heavy points from the away match in Karlstad.

The delicacy of the match was Anton Olsson's 1-0 goal after 12.35 in the first period.

Olsson then grabbed the puck in his own zone, went straight through two opponents, advanced over offensive blue and fired a shot that hit the post.

The goal was his second this season.

Victor Ejdsell, an even more experienced goalscorer, equalized on a penalty for FBK just over a minute later.

The middle period was goalless and Skellefteå then tied the game with about eleven minutes left in the match when Filip Sandberg made it 2-1 in a power play on a pass from Jonathan Johnsson.

The goal turned out to be match-deciding.
