New in the case of the aggression of Kheira Hamraoui.

A judge of freedoms and detention (JLD) ordered the release of two men imprisoned as part of the investigation into the attack on the PSG player.

These releases come a week after the investigating magistrate heard on the merits the various people indicted in this case, including the former teammate of Kheira Hamraoui at Paris Saint-Germain, Aminata Diallo, prosecuted for aggravated violence and association of criminals .

The JLD decided on Thursday to release and place under judicial supervision two of the three men who had been remanded in custody in September 2022. One of them admitted to beatings during the attack on Kheira Hamraoui, the other is suspected of having kept Aminata Diallo, who was present during the attack, at bay.

"I am delighted with the release of this very young man, it is a courageous decision but consistent with his lesser involvement in this highly publicized file", reacted the latter's lawyer, Me Sarah Mauger-Poliak.

Aminata Diallo heard again by the investigators

Aminata Diallo, presented by several other suspects as the sponsor of the attack, had for her part spent five days in pre-trial detention after her arrest.

She denies any involvement in this attack.

Like the other suspects, she was heard last week by the investigating judge for the first time since her first appearance interrogation, during her indictment.

“She came back from Spain to explain herself because the demonstration of her innocence is particularly close to her heart”, reacted to one of her lawyers, Me Romain Ruiz.

The French international, 27 years old and seven caps, signed at the start of the year with the Spanish club Levante, second in the women's football championship, with which she played again on Wednesday January 11.
