Polish Robert Lewandowski, Barcelona striker, continues his successes on the individual level since his arrival at the Catalan club last summer, coming from Bayern Munich for 45 million euros.

Lewandowski appeared in the Barcelona shirt in 23 matches in all tournaments, during which he scored 22 goals, and gave his teammates 5 assists.

The last of those goals was his reaching the net of Atletico Ceuta twice, during the final price match of the King’s Cup competition, which was held on Thursday, January 19, 2023, and ended with Barcelona winning 5-0.

Thanks to these two goals, Lewandowski became the only Barcelona player to score in all tournaments this season 2022-2023, and he also scored the team's 1,500th goal in the history of his participation in the Cup Championship, according to the Spanish newspaper "Marca".

Lewandowski scored 13 goals in the Spanish League, topping the competition's top scorer, and 5 in the Champions League competition, which Barcelona bid farewell to from the group stage.

The Pole also clearly contributed to the "Blaugrana" crowning the Spanish Super Cup by scoring a goal against Real Betis in the semi-finals, and another against Real Madrid in the final, in addition to his two goals against Ceuta in the King's Cup.

"Marca" indicated that Lewandowski is still able to score in a new and fifth tournament, when "Barca" starts competing in the European League next February, where he will meet Manchester United back and forth in the play-off round that qualifies for the final price round.

However, the Polish star's scoring machine will stop for two matches in the Spanish League, due to a 3-match suspension penalty due to his expulsion in the Osasuna match, where he missed Barcelona's match against Atletico Madrid, and this will extend in the "Barca" matches against Getafe and Girona.

Barcelona can benefit from the services of Lewandowski in his confrontation against Real Sociedad in the quarter-finals of the King's Cup, which is the match that mediates the two "La Liga" matches.

And “Marca” confirms that Lewandowski, 34, succeeded in scoring in 14 different competitions with clubs, and he failed only in one tournament and the European Super Cup.

Lewandowski has a contract with Barcelona that runs until June 30, 2026.
