The World Cup competitions in Antholz are the last before the World Cup in Oberhof, which begins on February 8.

Tomorrow is the women's sprint, the men's sprint on Friday and then it continues with pursuit starts on Saturday and relays on Sunday.

- It feels like I'm in a good phase for what awaits in the coming weeks.

There are fun competitions that await this week and it is important to set the tone already in the sprint, says Hanna Öberg to SVT Sport.

"Of course last week was a bit worrying"

Last week she was back in the World Cup in Ruhpolding after illness and finished fifth in the distance race and sixth in the mass start.

Elvira Öberg stood over the relay and mass start as she "didn't feel one hundred", also Sara Andersson and Linn Persson have been sick or smelly recently.

- It is clear that last week was a bit worrying when several were crass or had been.

Even though we are a strong team with a wide range, it takes its toll when some drop out and we didn't have very good margins to get a relay team together in Ruhpolding.

It is important that we put a stop to this now so that no more people get sick and that everyone can participate and compete, says Hanna Öberg.

"A process towards the WC"

On Monday, the squad for the WC will be selected, but according to Hanna Öberg, nothing has been noticed in the national team.

- I think it has been very calm.

Everyone feels confident in themselves and the plan they had this winter.

Now it is very much a process towards the WC, says Hanna Öberg.

The competitions from Antholz are broadcast on SVT.

Thursday's sprint starts at 14.20 in SVT1/Play.
