Team Åhman/Hellvig and the volleyball association have received questions from all over the world to share their unique way of playing and the training required to achieve the successful concept "The Swedish jumpset".

But they have all been refused.

- It is a concept that is a huge competitive advantage.

You might think it's easy to follow, but there's so much underneath that you can't see, says Simon Dahl, secretary general of the Swedish Volleyball Association.

"Never want to train with us"

Norwegian world number one Anders Berntsen Mol has felt the progress of the Swedes.

In August last year, he and partner Christian Sörum Sandlie lost against the firm Åhman/Hellvig in the EC semi-finals.

- They have posted quite a few clips on social media, so they haven't kept it such a secret.

But they never want to train with us.

Maybe because you can't figure out how to play.

So they probably try to keep it a little secret, Anders Berntsen Mol tells SVT Sport.

At the Sports Gala on Monday, the Swedish couple was awarded the Sports Mirror Prize for their revolutionary way of playing.
