In November 2021, Sweden broke the Chinese table tennis wall at the WC.
Mattias Falck and Kristian Karlsson shone in the world championship - where they took the first Swedish gold in 20 years.
Falck and Karlsson followed up the triumph by winning the EC in autumn 2022.
On Monday, they were praised for their success, when the duo was named Team of the Year at the Sports Gala.
- It has been hugely awesome to experience everything.
It's still unreal, what we did, says Falck.
