Morocco coach Wahid Halilhodzic summoned 23 players to prepare for the team's next two matches against Sudan and Guinea in the African continent's qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The duo, Hakim Ziyech, the English player, Chelsea, and Naseer Mazraoui, the Dutch player, Ajax Amsterdam, continued to be absent for disciplinary reasons, along with Abdul Razzaq Hamdallah, the Saudi player for Al-Nasr, while other names were absent for technical and tactical reasons, especially in the defense line.

Professional goalkeeper Munir El-Kagui is absent in Turkey for health reasons, which allowed the return of Wydad goalkeeper Ahmed Reda El-Teknaouti, along with Yassin Bono, the Atletico Madrid player, and Anas El-Zeniti, the Raja player.

The Moroccan coach invited for the first time defender Sofiane Allakoush, the French player of Metz, to replace Ayoub Al-Amoud, the Wydad player, who allowed him to join the reserve team that will participate in the Arab Cup in Qatar.
