After just twelve minutes played in the JVM final, Canada led 5-0.

A nightmare start for the Swedish part, and the gold was lost before the match had even settled.

- We are not switched on from the start.

I think we want a little too much and put our fingers on our game.

It results in behind goals, says team captain Stella Lindell.

Teammate Linnea Natt och Dag describes the start as a shock.

- It was a huge shock, I don't really know what happened but something was there and it led to this in the end.

"They just went out and drove"

Hilda Svensson, who played really well and was close to a reduction goal on several occasions in the third period, believes that the match could have ended differently if Sweden had been able to resist the tearaway start.

- They went out and just drove from the start and we weren't really involved.

They don't have anyone who can't produce.

If we had only been there from the start, it would have been a completely different game.

Immediately after the game, there is mostly disappointment among the players, although there is some pride in the silverware.

- It's clear you feel proud of it, but when we still got to the final, it's clear you're going for the gold, so it's a bit of a disappointment.

But there is still a certain pride, says Svensson.

Lindell, who already has several silver medals in her medal locker, believes that it will take a while before she will feel proud.

- It is clear that it is very sad to lose and especially with these numbers, but we do what we can.

Yes, it's not enough, says Lindell.
