Magnus Nygren, 32, had many good years as a back in Färjestad before he moved to Davos, Switzerland.

There were a total of six seasons, but for the next season he will return to Karlstad.

In "Hockey evening" he explains the decision.

- Everything fell into place, we thought, in terms of family and for ourselves.

I've been careful that I want to get home before you get too old.

(Coach Thomas) Mitell told me a few weeks ago that it's time to start thinking about it before you get too bad and too old, says Nygren.

This season, Theodor Lennström has been successful with over a point per game for Färjestad.

Nygren has a dream that they will be able to camp together next season.

It may also affect his own role in the team.

- I hope that I can be involved and contribute in both directions.

It depends a little on what happens with Lennström.

He is totally dominant and he will not be moved by anyone.

I am happy to join and support him in his game.

It's a little dream I have.

That you can keep him at home and it's probably not just me who dreams of that.

Nygren also tells us what he thinks he has developed during his years in Switzerland.

- I hope that I have become better defensively.

That I am more all-round and should not only be seen as an offensive threat.

I hope to be a player they can lean on in tough situations.
