Jens Burman finished 37.4 seconds after the winner Harald Östberg Amundsen in the 10 kilometer freestyle in Falun.

The Copper Ski competition is part of the Scandinavian Cup.

- There was no express speed today.

No great feeling, but a stable race, says Burman and continues:

- It is not a top result.

But I was probably 37 seconds behind, I think, and Amundsen could have won the World Cup today.

So I'm not light years behind him.

There are many Norwegians who are good.

Not a great feeling, but it can be seen as perfectly okay.

You are the best Swede with only Norwegians ahead of you.

What does that say about Norwegian dominance?

- It's too bad on their part, they should have even more in front of me, I think, says Burman and laughs.

- No, but there are a lot of Norwegians who ski well.

I'm tired of answering that question.

That's how it looks.

There are too few Swedes who ride in that peak.

What should I answer to that?

How far do you think today's instats would have gone in the World Cup?

- Today it would probably have been around 25-30 places, if even that.

But the important thing is that you are not 1.30 behind in terms of time.

It would have been too bad.

It doesn't take much to get that last little bit up to the top, says Burman.

Second was Iver Tildheim Andersen and third came Martin Kirkeberg Mörk.

The copper skiing continues with a classic sprint tomorrow and a 30 kilometer classic mass start on Sunday.
