Norwegian dominance has been total in the men's World Cup this season.

In 17 races, Norway has taken 36 of the 51 podium places.

Italy has nine, France three, Sweden two and Great Britain one.

In the Tour de Ski, six of the top ten skiers were Norwegian.

The success on the track also gives results in the wallet.

Norwegian skiers have collected by far the most with 7,125,000 kroner of the roughly 10 million awarded in prize money.

Italy has the second most with 985,000, thanks in large part to Federico Pellegrino who alone collected 751,000. Swedish skaters are in third place with 849,000, where Calle Halfvarsson won half.

On the women's side, it is more evenly distributed.

There, Frida Karlsson has pulled in the most with just over 1.6 million, and of the ten skiers who earned the most together, "only" three are Norwegian.
