This season has been Hanna Aronsson Elfman's big breakthrough in the World Cup.

The 20-year-old has accounted for four top ten placings in the World Cup – with a fourth place in the slalom in Sestriere as his best result.

After seventh place in the slalom in Flachau, Austria, she is rewarded with a promotion to starting group one.

This means that she gets starting rank twelve.

There are now three Swedish women in that group.

Anna Swenn Larsson fifth and Sara Hector eleventh.

- This season has been far beyond expectations.

My goal was to score points in the World Cup and finish in the top 30. It's been going great and the skiing is right, it's fun to ride, says Hanna Aronsson Elfman.

Despite the success, she feels no pressure to continue.

- No, it has actually gone a little too well.

So no, I don't feel any pressure, it's just fun to ride, she says.

In today's slalom, both Anna Swenn Larsson and Sara Hector ran out in the second run.
