After the controversial exit of the president of the French Football Federation Noël Le Graët claiming that he would not have "taken the phone" Zinédine Zidane, Kylian Mbappé was quick to respond to him via social networks.

A statement that caused a reaction on the program "Europe 1 Sport" (every evening from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.). An outing that Kylian Mbappé did not like... and he made it known publicly.

Only two days after the announcement of the extension of Didier Deschamps at the head of the France team, the president of the French Football Federation Noël Le Graët made a very awkward exit about Zinédine Zidane.

Asked on RMC about the future in the former world champion, Noël Le Graët said he had "nothing to shake" before going even further and launching "I wouldn't even have taken him on the phone ."

Noël Le Graët in the hot seat?

One thing is certain, this statement will not help the affairs of the president of football in France.

Already criticized for his management and his behavior with employees, Noël Le Graët loses a little more credibility.

The stormy relations he has with the Minister of Sports Amélie Oudéa-Castéra risk being further damaged.

The latter also said she was scandalized by the statements of Noël Le Graët about Zinedine Zidane: “Statements again above ground with the added bonus this time of a shameful lack of respect, which hurts us all, to a legend of football and sport: a "president" of the first sports federation of France should not say that. Apologies for this word too much on Z.Zidane please", she tweeted.

An observation shared by Javier Prietos Santos, guest in Europe 1 Sport: "Noël Le Graët has slipped again. He is above ground and his communication department must be pulling his hair out. I imagine that at the Federation they do not validate his about," he said.

This case is likely to make waves in the days to come.
