Vietnam, which won 3-0 in the first game of the new year, attended by all key figures, including the Vietnamese president and party secretary, advanced to the semifinals with 3 wins, 1 draw and no goals in the group.

Coach Park, who will play the semi-final against Shin Tae-yong's Indonesia in a home-and-away match, immediately started preparing for the first leg of the away game the day after tomorrow.
