A month ago, the Spanish courts dismissed an investigation into racist chants sung by some Atlético de Madrid supporters three months earlier against Vinicius.
Even if the songs were "unpleasant, inappropriate and disrespectful", they were uttered in the context of "a football match of maximum rivalry, accompanied by other derogatory or mocking allusions", had justified in a press release the parquet floor of Madrid.
