  According to the Brazilian Santos Football Club, on the morning of January 2 local time, Pele's coffin will be transported from the hospital to the Villabel Miro Stadium outside Sao Paulo and placed in the center of the field.

The farewell ceremony for the remains will start at 10 am on the 2nd and last until 10 am on the 3rd.

  The coffin transport procession will pass through the streets of Santos City, passing through the door of Pele's mother.

Pele will be buried in a cemetery in the city of Santos in a ceremony attended only by family members.
