The harsh criticism of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, Manchester United striker, continues, the most recent of which was from Italian coach Fabio Capello, who commented on Argentina's victory in the Qatar World Cup as well.

Capello was also asked about Argentina's victory in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, and in particular about the celebrations in which he focused on goalkeeper Depo Martinez, describing him as "stupid".
On the contrary, he said about Lionel Messi that he "was one of the best players in the world without even participating in the World Cup," and that "Pele, Diego Maradona and Messi did things that others don't even think about."
