On the basis of the positions of head coach and head coach of the men's and women's teams, the post of mixed doubles team leader was specially added to clarify the goal orientation of Paris and assign responsibilities to individuals.

Among them are 1 head coach; 1 head coach of men's and women's teams; 1 head coach of mixed doubles team; 1 head coach of men's and women's youth teams; 10 national team coaches; 8 national youth team coaches.

　　The association stated that this series of work around the competition hopes to establish a talent database for coaches across the country based on the present and look to the future.

For talents who meet the qualifications for the national team coach competition, the association will also include them in the national team coach reserve talent pool, and will continue to pay attention and follow up in the future.
