In ice dancing, on the eve of the Russian championship, one of the potentially strong duets broke up - Annabel Morozov and David Narizhny.

Now such a terrible virus is walking, so we didn’t save ourselves: we got a complication, ”the RT interlocutor explained.

Alas, in the absence of bright rivals, Khudaiberdieva and Bazin in rhythm dance could not declare themselves as the undisputed leaders of the Russian championship.

Throughout the season, the couple is haunted by falls: either Lisa or Yegor are mistaken in turn.

The start in Krasnoyarsk was no exception.

This time, she could not stay on her feet, and then the partner also stumbled on her steps.

Despite the blots, the duo took the intermediate first place, receiving 83.70 points from the judges.

This, of course, again raised questions, as in the stages of the Russian Grand Prix.

So, according to coach Alexei Gorshkov, the scores should reflect the real state of affairs, then the skaters will not fall anywhere.

“It is necessary to emphasize weak points, and not create the illusion that mistakes do not exist.

I have already touched on this topic, but I will say it again: competition refereeing should stimulate the athlete to become better.

That is, objectively reflect all the flaws of skating.

It is clear that you can fall by accident, simply by driving into someone else's trail.

But when this turns into a system, it’s probably worth thinking about, ”the RT specialist said.

The skaters themselves were upset by the performance and discussed the results as dryly as possible.

They are clearly not yet accustomed to the status of the country's first dance couple.

“Recently, too many journalists have been paying attention to me, our couple.

Not in the mood to be honest.

This is not your fault, I guess.

But I don't feel like talking.

Whatever I say, it shatters.

We don't need that kind of attention.

It’s better not to say anything so that no one writes anything,” Khudaiberdiyeva said.

Elizaveta Shanaeva and Pavel Drozd took second place, 4.1 points behind the leaders.

Despite such a large gap for this type of program, the athletes were satisfied with the result.

“We didn’t pay attention to grades.

The Russian Championship is a serious start and, probably, the main one even this season, it is more difficult to evaluate here.

We are a newly created couple, we need to progress, ”added Drozd.

Once again, Elizaveta Pasechnik and Maxim Nekrasov were pleased with the rental with unusual support.

The young skaters completed the dance to the applause of the audience, and the judges placed the athletes in an intermediate third place (79.48).

Not quite ready for the tournament came Irina Khavronina and Dario Chirizano.

In the duet, the partner also had the flu, and in the end it was clear that she simply did not have enough strength to finish the program.

After the final point, the girl even burst into tears.

“Now it’s pointless to talk about it.

But it turned out to be really harder to perform than the guys themselves expected, ”admitted their coach Alexei Gorshkov.

Skaters closed the intermediate five of the strongest.

Sofya Tyutyunina and Andrey Bagin are on the line above, who skated the program well, but not without blots.

For the first time this season, three of the strongest Russian duets met on the same ice in the sports couples competition.

Before the rest, the current champions of the country Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov spoke by lot.

Pupils of Tamara Moskvina have repeatedly shown their impeccable waltz.

And this time they again gave out a confident rental, causing applause from the audience with their acting.

The judges gave the skaters 85.37 points, which is higher than the world record.

However, this is not the limit for the duet.

At the fourth stage of the Russian Grand Prix, they were given even more (86.47).

Alexandra Boykova and Dmitry Kozlovsky lost only one point to the duet.

They also skated the program without errors and even added a parallel triple loop to it, which they had previously shown to fans only at the Russian Jumping Championship.

But in order to bypass competitors, this was not enough.

However, the athletes were not upset with the second place, because the whole struggle is still ahead.

“Today was a high-quality rental, we received high marks for it.

The lag score is practically the absence of any difference.

Everyone feels differently.

Today we are as concentrated as possible, there was a certain excitement.

For the first time in a season, we face all the strongest opponents.

Because of this, there were certain nerves.

But our maximum concentration did its job - we showed a clean rental, ”Kozlovsky explained.

Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov, as usual, started their Ave Maria brightly, but made an unfortunate mistake when performing a triple ejection.

The partner touched the ice with her hands.

Of course, this is not a fall, but it threw the students of Eteri Tutberidze to an intermediate third line (81.23).

Of the younger generation, another pair of Tamara Moskvina turned out to be closest to the leaders - Yasmina Kadyrova and Valery Kolesov.
